入學獎學金
金額：港幣 $96,000 (本地學生)，港幣 $120,000 (非本地學生)
資格：入讀MSc-DSAI課程的本地及非本地新生
甄選標準：根據學術成績及入學面試表現進行甄選
榮譽入學獎學金
適用於本地及／或非本地新入讀MSc-DSAI課程學生，並符合以下條件*：
i. 持有學士學位，成績達二級甲等榮譽或以上，或畢業平均績點（GPA）達3.1（以4.0為滿分）或82分（以100分為滿分），並獲認可的學士或碩士學位；及
ii. 該學士或碩士學位所屬院校，在提交獎學金申請當日，須為 (a) QS世界大學排名前650名，或 (b) 中國「雙一流」建設高校。
*若學生未能完全符合上述要求，但在以下任何一項表現出卓越才能及成就，校方亦會酌情考慮：
• 卓越的研究表現，例如在知名學術平台（如IEEE Transactions、頂級會議）發表論文
• 獲得重要獎項，例如在知名比賽（如IEEE/ACM主辦的比賽、全國A類競賽、香港資訊及通訊科技獎）中獲獎
• 在領先企業有重大貢獻（例如參與關鍵項目，或在財富世界500強／財富100家增長最快公司中擔任管理層或以上職位）
• 傑出的實踐項目（例如在中國或大灣區大型項目中創建及／或推出應用程式，或提供技術支援）
甄選標準：根據學術表現、成就及入學面試表現。
「卓越/優秀畢業生」獎學金
金額：港幣 $8,000 (Excellence award)，港幣 $3,500 (Merit award)
資格：完成8個科目的MSc-DSAI學生
甄選標準：平均GPA為3.6或以上 (Excellence award) ，或 平均GPA介乎3.4 至 3.6之間 (Merit award)
香港恒生大學「校友減費計劃」
金額：港幣 $19,200 (本地學生)，港幣 $24,000 (非本地學生)
資格：HSUHK畢業學生或HSUHK / HSMC / HSSC校友
甄選標準：無
研究生暑期遊學獎學金
1. 全日制授課型研究生
2. 由所屬學院提名
甄選標準：1.CGPA ≥ 3.3
2.英語能力：具備足夠流利度，可充分參與討論、工作坊和小組合作
(於2025-2026學年，4名DSAI學生獲得資助參加UCL和牛津大學的暑期項目)香港未來人才深造獎學金計劃
金額： 高達港幣 $100,000
資格：本地學生^
甄選標準：根據學術成就及面試表現進行甄選^
撥款條件：完成課程並且在畢業時平均GPA為2.7或以上
2025/26學年，本課程共有8名學生成功獲取提名
