The Farewell Luncheon and Alumni Gathering 2026 of the Department of Computer Science, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong was successfully held.

The event brought students, alumni, teachers and staff from the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Computing (BSc-AC) and Master of Science in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (MSc-DSAI) together. The graduates reflected on their growth and achievements throughout their studies, and extended best wishes to students embarking on a new chapter.

The day session started with welcoming speeches, followed by group photos, buffet lunch, alumni sharing sessions, interactive games and lucky draws. The atmosphere was warm and joyful. Teachers, students and alumni caught up with one another, and created fond memories together.

The alumni sharing sessions offered a valuable platform for communication. Students gained deeper insights into diverse academic pathways and career prospects, drawing inspiration from the alumni’s experiences. More than just a farewell gathering before graduation, this event further strengthened the bonds between students, alumni and the Department.
